Letter and note
The writer produces:
- a CV reordered toward this posting
- a short cover tied to the exact title
- ATS notes: matched keywords, and offer terms left out because they are not on file
No lorem. No certification missing from the master. The loop never writes.

An application is ready when:
- Source and official URL are readable.
- The draft cites the exact title.
- The master was not mutated with fiction.
- A human clicked approval.
- Send happens on the employer page.
