This Privacy Policy explains what Navin (navin.live) collects when you use the website and account services. It does not claim certifications we have not completed.
1. Data we process on navin.live
Account email and authentication data (via our auth provider), profile fields you enter (such as name), subscription and plan status, license key metadata, activated devices (device identifiers and last-seen times), managed-model usage aggregates for quota, download events (version, file, approximate OS) for product statistics, and support emails you send us.
2. What stays on your machine
Agent conversations, project files, local memory and most tool activity run in the Navin application and gateway on your computer. That content is not sent to navin.live unless a feature you enable explicitly does so (for example connecting a third-party model provider with your own key, or a chat channel you configure).
3. Payments
Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and customer identifiers needed to attach a subscription to your account. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4. Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the site (hosting, authentication, payments, object storage for downloads). They process data on our instructions.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep account and billing records while your account exists and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You can delete your account from the dashboard; deletion removes profile, license, devices and usage history associated with that account, subject to backups and legal retention that may briefly remain.
6. Your choices
You may access or update account details when signed in, revoke devices, suspend the account, or request help at contact@navinspire.com.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly create accounts for them.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify signed-in users.
