These Terms of Service govern use of Navin on navin.live, including the website, account, subscription and license services. The Navin desktop application and local gateway run on your machine under these terms when you use a Navin account or managed models.
1. The service
Navin provides a personal AI agent that you install and run locally, and optional cloud services on navin.live for accounts, plans, license validation, usage metering for managed models, download tracking and product announcements.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may suspend or delete your account from the account dashboard when that feature is available.
3. Plans and billing
The free plan is intended for use with your own API keys and local models. Paid plans may include monthly AI credits for models managed by Navin. Credits are consumed according to the cost of the managed model usage we meter. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to the free plan. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Navin does not store full card numbers.
4. License and devices
A paid or free license may be activated on a limited number of devices according to your plan. You must not share license keys publicly or resell access. We may revoke a device or suspend an account that abuses the service, fails payment, or violates these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Navin to break the law, attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass billing or access controls. Security and offensive testing features in the product are for authorized use on systems you control or are explicitly allowed to assess.
6. Software and open source
Desktop builds are provided as-is. Parts of the project are available under open-source licenses on GitHub; those licenses apply to the corresponding source. Website content and trademarks remain owned by their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer
The service and software are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs can be wrong; you remain responsible for reviewing changes before you ship them.
