Tenders
AI tender agent: find, qualify and answer without inventing notices
August 29, 2026 · 2 min read · Navin team
Navin Tenders collects TED, BOAMP, UK OCDS, World Bank and CanadaBuys, scores 0-100, Go/No-Go and drafts. No invented notices. Approval before send.
An AI tender agent must not invent notices. Navin Tenders collects official sources, scores, decides Go/No-Go, then writes. Command /tenders. Product page: /tenders.
The usual bid stack
Most teams stack:
- A TED tab
- A paid aggregator
- A blank Word file
- A scoring spreadsheet
Navin replaces that stack with a desk in the same OS as Code and Documents.
What the desk does
- Collect: TED, BOAMP, Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, World Bank, CanadaBuys.
- Score 0-100 (country, craft, budget, deadline).
- Go/No-Go with a deadline floor (default 10 days).
- Write: letter, matrix, clarification mail.
- Approval: the desk never posts a public bid by itself.
See official sources and Go/No-Go.
What Navin is not
| Promise | Reality |
|---|---|
| Paid aggregator | Out of scope on purpose |
| Auto-submit | Forbidden by default |
| Invented notices if an API fails | Empty pipeline is honest |
| SAM.gov without a key | Portal catalogued, no invented US notices |
FAQ
Does Navin replace TED?
No. It reads the official API. Publication stays on TED. See /compare/ted.
Can we watch the GCC?
Yes: official portals in the catalog (Etimad, UAE MOF, Monaqasat, HAICOP, Morocco) plus a country web-search net. No invented lots. See GCC tenders.
How do I start?
Download Navin, open #/tenders, set the profile, then Collect.
Operating checklist
- Countries and crafts in the profile.
- Min score and deadline floor.
- Official collect.
- Qualify above the bar.
- Write, review, approval.
- Submit on the buyer portal, not inside Navin.
Frequent mistakes
- Treating TED as a scoring desk.
- Renting an aggregator, then pasting into Word.
- Inventing a US notice without
SAM_API_KEY. - Submitting without human approval.
- Targeting the GCC without accepting that many portals stay catalogued (login / WAF).

Deeper: a brief that wins
Before Collect, write:
- ISO countries and crafts (data, decisionnel, cloud, AI).
- Budget floor and deadline floor (days).
- Minimum score (default 70).
- Real references to inject (no lorem).
- Who approves the deposit.
Without those five points the agent accelerates noise. With them it accelerates throughput.
When not to force a Go
- Deadline under the floor.
- Country outside the profile.
- Certification missing from the knowledge base.
- Portal behind login with no public notice.
In those cases, No-Go is the correct deliverable.
Conclusion
Navin Tenders is a local desk to win public tenders from real notices. Not a scrape farm. Not a magic submit button.
